Every US state publishes its WARN Act layoff notices differently — different columns, different formats, some as quarterly PDFs. This is all of them merged into one schema, deduplicated, and rebuilt every day. Free CSV/JSON, no login, CC BY 4.0. This page reads the dataset live from the public repo, so what you see here is what shipped this morning.

A state whose newest notice looks old is usually a state that publishes rarely, not a broken scraper — so the status column says which it is, computed on every refresh rather than hidden behind an "updated today" badge.

Dataset on Hugging Face CSV + JSON on GitHub Project site (per-state RSS, weekly/monthly rollups) Free 30-day employer watch
Everything here is free, including the complete 1988→today archive: no delay, no gate, no account, no email. The historical file stopped being a $199 product on 2026-09-07 — the records are public, so our free copy is now the complete one. One paid product exists: WARN Watch ($49/year) — it checks your list of employers and whole states against every daily refresh and puts each match on a private alert page with its own RSS feed, instead of you coming back here to look. Want to try that first? Start a free 30-day watch, no card.
